Unauthorized actions via missing CSRF validation

Cross-site request forgery in ProcessWire 3.0.200 and earlier allows remote attackers to perform administrative actions through an authenticated user's browser. The executeEditBookmark method accepts delete_bookmark and bookmark_title POST values and deletes or saves bookmarks without validating the session CSRF token. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator to visit attacker-controlled content; reported actions also include deleting users, roles, and permissions.
