Bluetooth service interruption via zero-timeout ConReq

Denial of service in Nordic nRF5340-DK and Microchip DT100112 allows physically proximate attackers to disable Bluetooth via a crafted ConReq packet. The BLE link-layer handler accepts a connection request whose timeout field is zero instead of rejecting the invalid parameter, leaving the device unresponsive. The attacker must be within BLE radio range; recovery requires manually restarting Bluetooth and, in some cases, the device.
