System crash via incorrect io_uring task tracking

Null pointer dereference in Linux kernel io_uring before 5.15.62 allows local users to crash the system through io_uring activity. The io_req_track_inflight function increments current->io_uring->inflight_tracked instead of the original request task counter, dereferencing a null io_uring context. A low-privileged local user must submit io_uring work when the current task lacks that state; successful triggering crashes the system without reported data disclosure or modification.
