Unrestricted file upload in Clinic's Patient Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary PHP code. The users.php profile-picture handler passes uploaded temporary files to move_uploaded_file under user_images without restricting dangerous extensions. A valid application account is required by the public exploit, after which a PHP webshell executes commands with the web server's privileges.
