Stored script execution via blood-group name rendering

Stored XSS in PHPGurukul Blood Donor Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in a victim's browser. The Add Blood Group Name form stores an administrator-supplied payload without effective neutralization and renders it on Manage Blood Group. Administrator access is required to submit the value, and another visit to Manage Blood Group triggers the stored payload with that browser session's authority.
