Service interruption via unreleased file-stream allocation

Memory leak in Bento4 mp42ts 1.6.0-639 allows remote attackers to interrupt processing by supplying a crafted media file. ASan traces show unreleased allocations originating in AP4_StdcFileByteStream::Create while mp42ts parses the input. A user must cause mp42ts to process the file; repeated triggers consume memory and can exhaust resources without affecting confidentiality or integrity.
