Code execution via unescaped booking CSV fields

CSV injection in CodePeople Appointment Hour Booking 1.3.72 and earlier allows unauthenticated attackers to inject formulas into exported bookings. Booking creation stores attacker-controlled field values without neutralizing spreadsheet formula prefixes, and administrator CSV exports preserve those values. Code execution requires an administrator to download and open the export in a locally vulnerable spreadsheet configuration; the plugin does not itself execute the payload on the server.
