Browser script execution via undisclosed Password Services input
Published Sep 11, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Cross-site scripting in SysAid Help Desk before 22.1.65 allows remote attackers to run script in a user's browser via Password Services. Public records identify the Password Services module but do not disclose the affected request, input field, or encoding failure that permits script injection. Exploitation requires a user to interact with crafted content; successful script execution can read or alter data available to that user's browser session.
