Out-of-bounds read via unterminated username lookup

Heap-based buffer over-read in libConfuse 3.3 allows attackers to trigger an out-of-bounds memory read via a crafted configuration file. cfg_tilde_expand copies the username after a tilde without a terminating NUL byte, then passes the buffer to getpwnam, which reads beyond the allocation. Reachability requires a consuming application to parse attacker-controlled configuration data; the public reproducer demonstrates the read and a sanitizer abort, not data exfiltration or code execution.
