Authenticated profile-name modification via email IDOR

IDOR in the L-Soft LISTSERV 17 web interface allows remote authenticated users to modify another account's profile name. The wa.exe edit-profile request trusts a user-controlled email address in its URL to select an account record without verifying ownership. A LISTSERV account is required, and the change affects only the name shown on that account's edit-profile page.
