Arbitrary file upload and editing in XplodedThemes WPIDE 2.6 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to modify WordPress site files. Patchstack and the upstream record do not disclose the affected handler or the validation failure that accepts attacker-controlled file content or paths. Administrator privileges are required; successful use can place executable backdoors or alter files available to the WordPress installation.
