Cross-site request forgery in Siemens Desigo PXM and PXG3 firmware allows remote attackers to persist arbitrary JavaScript on a device. The Operation web application's Import Files function accepts a forged cross-origin request without validating an anti-CSRF token or request origin, then uploads and enables attacker-supplied script. Exploitation requires a logged-in victim to visit a crafted webpage; the resulting script remains enabled on the appliance and can alter content served by its web application.
