Plugin settings changes via missing nonce validation

Cross-site request forgery in Castos Seriously Simple Podcasting 2.16.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to change plugin settings. The save_step function and other onboarding handlers accept state-changing requests without correct WordPress nonce validation. Exploitation requires an administrator to follow a crafted link or otherwise submit the forged request, after which attacker-chosen onboarding settings are saved.
