Root shell access via hard-coded Telnet credentials

Hard-coded credentials in TOTOLINK A3002R firmware 1.1.1-B20200824.0128 allow remote attackers to obtain a root shell over Telnet. The firmware embeds a fixed root credential in shadow.sample and enables its Telnet service on TCP port 23 by default. Any network-reachable attacker can authenticate as root with the decoded password and obtain full command execution on the router.
