Log injection in Simple History for WordPress allows remote attackers to corrupt audit records through a crafted X-Forwarded-For header. The Header Handler writes attacker-controlled X-Forwarded-For content into logs without adequate output encoding or escaping; no function or file has been publicly identified. Any unauthenticated client able to reach WordPress can supply the header, allowing forged or malformed log content that undermines audit integrity and can interrupt log handling.
