Authenticated code execution via offline package creation

Command injection in affected Octopus Server releases allows remote authenticated users to execute code through offline package creation. Octopus Deploy identifies offline package creation as the affected locus but has not published which field reaches a command interpreter or how input neutralization fails. An authenticated account able to create an offline package is required, and successful exploitation executes attacker-supplied code on the server.
