SSRF via unsanitized static-directory redirect

Open redirect in Labstack Echo before 4.9.0 allows remote attackers to redirect HTTP clients via crafted static-directory paths. StaticDirectoryHandler appended a slash for directory requests and placed a leading double-slash path directly in the Location header, causing clients to interpret it as a network-path reference to an attacker-chosen host. Exploitation requires an exposed static-directory handler and a client that follows redirects; a server-side client can thereby issue a request to the selected host.
