HTTP service restart via unchecked sscanf write

Stack-based buffer overflow in Tenda AC21 firmware 16.03.08.15 allows remote attackers to restart the HTTP service. The setSmartPowerManagement handler passes the request's time parameter to sscanf, which writes it into a fixed stack buffer without checking its length. The published request includes a password cookie, although NVD rates the attack as requiring no privileges; the demonstrated consequence is an httpd restart.
