Victim-session actions via unsanitized clipboard HTML

Cross-site scripting in GitLab work-item titles allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in another user's browser. The contenteditable item_title.vue component accepts pasted HTML data attributes, and Rails UJS interprets a crafted data-method value as executable markup. Exploitation requires project access, a victim to paste attacker-controlled clipboard content and click the injected element, after which actions run with the victim's session.
