HTTP service interruption via unbounded time-zone parsing

Stack-based buffer overflow in Tenda AC21 firmware 16.03.08.15 allows remote attackers to interrupt the HTTP service. The fromSetSysTime handler passes the timeZone form value to sub_496104, where sscanf writes parsed data into stack variables without a length bound. A crafted POST to /goform/SetSysTimeCfg reaches the flaw without user interaction and causes denial of service against router web management.
