Unauthenticated command execution via unrestricted JSP upload

Unrestricted file upload in Rawchen blog-ssm 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands through /upFile. The endpoint accepts an unauthenticated multipart upload whose JSP filename is labeled image/jpeg, stores it under the web-accessible /upload/blog path, and returns its URL. No account or user interaction is required; requesting the stored JSP executes attacker-supplied server-side code with the Tomcat process's privileges.
