SQL injection in SourceCodester Simple Task Managing System v1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary SQL via the board.php bookId parameter. The board.php handler incorporates the bookId request parameter into a database query without adequate SQL metacharacter neutralization. The published assessment requires high privileges and no user interaction; successful exploitation can read, alter, or disrupt database-backed task data.
