Authenticated command execution via diagnostic POST parameters
Published Dec 25, 2022 · Updated Apr 14, 2025
OS command injection in Intelbras WiFiber 120AC inMesh before 1-1-220826 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands. The formPing6 and formTracert handlers interpolate the pingAddr and traceAddr POST values into shell commands without neutralizing metacharacters. Access to the device's authenticated web interface is required, and injected commands obtain full control of the underlying operating system.
