Script execution via unneutralized cmdcookie input
Published Aug 27, 2024 · Updated Aug 28, 2024
Cross-site scripting in Teldat RS123 and RS123w firmware allows remote authenticated users to execute script through cmdcookie. The upgrade/query.php handler fails to neutralize attacker-controlled cmdcookie content during web-page generation. A low-privileged adjacent-network user must induce another user to view the crafted response; no availability impact is reported.
