Secure Folder setting changes via missing permission

Improper permission handling in Samsung Mobile Devices before Android 13 allows local users to change a Secure Folder setting via an API call. The setSecureFolderPolicy method in PersonaManagerService accepts a caller without the required permission and applies a supplied setting value. The attack requires local code execution on an affected device and is bounded to an unspecified Secure Folder setting change.
