Information disclosure in RCS calls on select Samsung Mobile Devices before SMR Dec-2022 Release 1 allows local users to read incoming numbers. The RCS call path exposes an incoming call number without enforcing the permission that Samsung added to prevent unauthorized access. Reachability requires an Android 10 through 13 device with RCS support and local access; impact is limited to incoming-number disclosure.
