Process crash via one-byte heap over-read

Heap buffer over-read in COVESA dlt-daemon 2.18.8 and earlier allows local users to crash dlt-convert via a crafted DLT file. dlt_print_hex_string_delim in src/shared/dlt_common.c reads one byte beyond a heap allocation while dlt_message_payload converts malformed file data. Processing the file with dlt-convert -m requires user interaction and causes a process crash, with no reported code execution or data modification.
