Unauthenticated command execution via CGI parameters

OS command injection in Nokia 1350 OMS R14.2 allows remote attackers to execute operating-system commands through crafted HTTP requests. The runBatch.cgi, getRadioTLs.cgi, runRouteReport.cgi, and RemoteCommandManager.cgi handlers pass file, context, or command POST values into OS commands without neutralizing shell syntax. No authentication or user interaction is required, and injected commands run with the operating-system privileges assigned to the affected CGI service.
