Reflected XSS via unsafe driver reflection
Published Sep 9, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Reflected XSS in the WSO2 Enterprise Integrator 6.4.0 Management Console allows remote attackers to execute script via a crafted driver parameter. The /carbon/ndatasource/validateconnection/ajaxprocessor.jsp endpoint returns attacker-controlled driver input as executable page content. Exploitation requires a victim to open the crafted request; browser data or page content can be affected, but protected session cookies prevent session hijacking.
