File access via unvalidated MMS filenames

Path traversal in libIEC61850 1.0 through 1.4 allows remote authenticated users to access files via crafted MMS filenames. MMS client and server file-service handlers pass unvalidated filenames containing traversal components to open, delete, obtain, directory, and rename operations. Adjacent-network access and low privileges are required; successful requests can read, write, rename, or delete files outside the intended filestore.
