Local file disclosure via insecure temporary directory

Insecure temporary-directory creation in OpenKM 6.3.11 and earlier allows local users to read files written to a shared temporary path. FileUtils.createTempDir deletes a newly created temporary file and recreates its name as a directory, producing permissive default access and a race window. Exploitation requires a co-resident low-privileged user on a shared Unix-like host; the upstream report excludes macOS and Windows from this behavior.
