Cross-site scripting via unsanitized tab title

Cross-site scripting in PublicCMS before 4.0.202204.d allows remote attackers to execute script via crafted Tab Handler link titles. The initLink function reads a link title and passes HTML content into navTab, where the title is inserted with jQuery html(), allowing attacker-controlled markup to execute. Exploitation requires a victim to open the affected tab or dialog, and the demonstrated impact is script execution in that victim's browser with potential page-data access or actions under the victim's session.
