Denial of service in the Java VM component of Oracle Database 19c and 21c allows remote authenticated users to interrupt Java VM service. Oracle has not published the faulty operation or input that triggers the Java VM failure. Exploitation requires Create Procedure privilege and Oracle Net access and is limited to a partial Java VM service interruption.
