Unauthenticated data access via missing Admin Console check

Missing authentication in the Admin Console of Oracle Access Manager 12.2.1.4.0 allows remote attackers to read critical data via HTTP. Oracle has not disclosed the affected endpoint or the authentication check that the Admin Console omits for crafted requests. Network access to the HTTP interface is sufficient, and successful exploitation exposes all data accessible to Oracle Access Manager without altering it or interrupting service.
