Authenticated critical-data access and modification
Published Oct 18, 2022 · Updated Sep 23, 2024
Improper access control in Oracle PeopleSoft 9.2 Approval Framework allows remote authenticated users to read and modify critical data via HTTP. Oracle has not disclosed the affected request, authorization check, or code path within Approval Framework. A low-privileged PeopleSoft account with network access is sufficient; exploitation can create, delete, or modify accessible data but does not interrupt service.
