Authenticated SSRF via Helm repository redirect

SSRF in the VelaUX API server in KubeVela before 1.5.9 and 1.6.0 allows remote authenticated users to access internal HTTP services. The Helm chart list endpoint passes an unrestricted repository address to HTTPGetResponse, whose client follows a 302 redirect to the supplied target. Access requires VelaUX credentials and Helm Chart delivery; the blind request exposes internal-service reachability without returning response content.
