Account takeover via unverified Patreon email acceptance

Improper authentication in Discourse Patreon before commit 846d0121 allows remote attackers to take over forum accounts through Patreon login. PatreonAuthenticator accepted the OAuth email from raw_info without passing is_email_verified to the primary-email verification gate. Patreon social login must be enabled, and the attacker must present an unverified Patreon email matching the victim's forum account.
