Cleartext transmission in Nextcloud user_oidc before 1.2.1 allows context-dependent attackers to capture OIDC credentials and tokens. The LoginController login and code endpoints accepted HTTP requests, allowing the OIDC flow to send client credentials and tokens without TLS. Exploitation requires access to monitor traffic between a user and an HTTP-served Nextcloud instance, exposing account credentials without directly interrupting service.
