Authenticated URL redirection via client-supplied snapshot origin

URL spoofing in Grafana before 8.5.16 and 9.0.0 through 9.2.7 allows remote authenticated users to redirect snapshot viewers. The snapshot creation endpoint stores a client-supplied dashboard.snapshot.originalUrl for the Open original dashboard control instead of deriving it from the dashboard UID. A Viewer-role user must create a local snapshot and persuade another user to open it and activate the control, sending that user to an attacker-chosen site from the trusted Grafana interface.
