Server crash via unchecked byte-range parsing

Denial of service in Parse Platform Parse Server 4.10.16 and earlier or 5.0.0 through 5.2.7 allows remote attackers to crash the server. FilesRouter treated every Range header as streamable, and GridFSBucketAdapter used unchecked parseInt results as response lengths and stream offsets. Reachability requires a downloadable file served through the default GridFS adapter; the malformed request terminates the server process without authentication or user interaction.
