CVE-2022-39310Known exploitationPublic exploitNetwork attack vector

Authenticated work-package disclosure via unchecked agent UUID

Published Oct 14, 2022 · Updated Apr 23, 2025

Improper access control in Thoughtworks GoCD before 21.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to obtain other agents' work packages. The remoting endpoint authenticates the UUID in X-Agent-GUID but accepts a different UUID from deserialized agent objects when selecting work. Exploitation requires valid agent credentials and a target agent identifier, and disclosed work packages can contain decrypted job credentials.
