Administrator cookie theft via unrestricted HTML upload

Stored XSS in CoCoTeaNet sra-admin 1.1.1 allows remote authenticated users to steal administrator cookies via a crafted HTML upload. The Personal Center profile-picture upload accepts an HTML file containing script code, stores it, and returns a link that executes the script when another administrator opens it. Remote authenticated users must upload the file and persuade another administrator to follow the returned link, exposing that administrator's cookies and personal information.
