Configuration forgery via embedded private signing key

Hard-coded cryptographic keys in Hitachi Energy FOXMAN-UN and UNEM allow remote authenticated users to forge trusted CPS files. Each product stores the private signing key alongside the public key used to protect Custom Parameter Set files, allowing a changed file to be signed and accepted as legitimate. Administrator-level access and a network path to the management system are required; a successful forgery can cause unauthorized configuration changes.
