Cleartext transmission in PJSIP PJPROJECT 2.11 through 2.12.1 allows remote attackers to force SRTP media onto unencrypted RTP. In srtp_rtp_cb, pjmedia_transport_srtp_stop clears the transmit and receive policies before the vulnerable code copies them for the restart. SRTP must be in use and restarted; the resulting RTP stream exposes media to interception or in-transit modification.
