Arbitrary file read via namespace path traversal

Path traversal in Twig 1.x before 1.44.7, 2.x before 2.15.3, and 3.x before 3.4.3 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files. FilesystemLoader validates the full namespaced template name before parseName removes its namespace, letting ../ segments in the remaining short name evade validation. Exposure requires an application to pass attacker-controlled template names to FilesystemLoader through source or include.
