RCE via unchecked generic type arguments

Deserialization in Orckestra C1 CMS before 6.13 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code through an authenticated Console user. CompositeSerializationBinder validated the outer type but failed to recursively validate generic type arguments supplied in serialized JSON. A C1 Console user at any access level must be signed in and visit a specially crafted site, after which attacker-selected code runs on the website.
