Memory corruption via unchecked parser bounds

Buffer overflow in PJSIP PJPROJECT before 2.13 allows remote attackers to trigger out-of-bounds memory access via crafted SIP, SDP, or RTP data. The pjlib scanner and PJMEDIA SDP parser dereference cursor positions without confirming that they remain before the input end, while the RTP decoder accepts a computed header offset equal to the packet length. A target application must parse traffic from an untrusted peer; the published record requires user interaction and reports confidentiality, integrity, and availability impact.
