Server-side request forgery in Discourse 2.8.9 and earlier or 2.9.0.beta10 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to reach private hosts. Outbound handling for webhooks and theme repository clones fails to reject private IP destinations before issuing HTTP, SSH, or Git connections. End users can issue blind GET requests, while administrators can issue GET or POST requests, enumerate ports, and inspect limited response information.
