Stored XSS and SSRF via forwarded-protocol cache poisoning

SSRF and stored XSS in Netlify IPX before 1.2.3 allow remote attackers to fetch arbitrary images and poison shared caches. The createIPXHandler function accepts X-Forwarded-Proto verbatim when constructing the request origin, letting a crafted protocol value bypass the configured source-domain allowlist. A site must use the image handler with an allowed source domain; a malicious SVG served outside an img element executes script from the site origin, while Netlify-hosted deployments are protected by CDN header sanitization.
