Browser page crash via missing quote title

Improper input validation in Discourse 2.9.0.beta5 through 2.9.0.beta9 allows remote authenticated users to crash a topic page. The PostCooked quote handler dereferences a missing title element when an incomplete quote references a nonexistent post or topic, causing a JavaScript exception. Posting privileges are required, and the effect is limited to crashing the current browser page when affected content is viewed.
